5. The score for this item is calculated as (establishment date - data export date, which is November 15, 2023) / 365.
6. Follow-up status: 5 points for "Intention", 1 point for "Temporarily shelved", 10 points for "Visited", 10 points for "Initial visit", 20 points for "Waiting for payment", 30 points for "Closed deal".

The final customer value score is obtained by summing all the above scores and rounding to the nearest integer.
