就轄內贈與人贈與財產予受贈人，贈與人或代理人辦理贈與稅申報，編製之收件報表，俾使民眾了解贈與稅案件申報情形。
This dataset consists of receipt statements compiled when donors or their agents file gift tax declarations for the transfer of properties from donors under the jurisdiction to donees, to enable the general public to understand the declaration status of gift tax cases.
