The system ensures safe and compliant handling and disposal of medical waste through functions such as electronic tag tracking, real-time data monitoring and intelligent early warning. It supports operations of intelligent medical waste collection vehicles, enhancing collection efficiency and safety. Additionally, the system is equipped with data statistics and analysis capabilities to provide scientific evidence for management decision-making, and enables information sharing with environmental protection, health and other relevant departments, facilitating cross-departmental collaborative supervision and comprehensively improving the efficiency and quality of medical waste management in Keqiao District. 1. The system can deeply explore the internal correlations between historical and real-time data, and carry out multi-dimensional, high-precision comprehensive analysis on the weight changes, state evolution and temporal distribution of various types of medical waste. 2. The system conducts comparative analysis between the daily average data of the past 7 days ending at 0:00 today, the data of the previous month (30-day rolling average) and longer-term datasets (90-day rolling average). When it is detected that the daily average medical waste generation over the past 7 days ending at 0:00 today has sharply decreased by 60% compared with the daily average of the previous month, and is significantly lower than 40% of the 90-day daily average level, the system will automatically trigger an abnormal early warning mechanism, accurately identify the abnormal reduction of daily medical waste generation in hospitals, and then assess the potential risk of medical waste loss within the hospital. 3. The system is also equipped with a strict medical waste collection and transportation timeliness monitoring module. When it is detected that the medical waste disposal unit's collection and transportation operation for a specific batch of medical waste exceeds the preset 24-hour threshold, the system will immediately issue an emergency alert, pointing out the potential risks of medical waste loss and nosocomial infection hazards, prompting relevant departments to respond promptly and take effective measures to address the issue, ensuring that every link of medical waste management is under strict supervision.
