项目研制中集合公司多年BSG 系列砂光机的研制成果和设计、制造经验，研究了当前代表国际领先水平砂光机发展的最新技术，改进原有砂光机不完善之处，进行创新开发。特别是与连续压机生产线配套的8 呎宽幅砂光机，有很多技术难题需解决，如薄板砂削的变形、机架和送进系统的刚性、接触辊的表面硬度、工作的可靠性等。经在市场近2 年的验证，其砂光精度、砂光质量、能源消耗、砂带损耗等指标达到国外同类设备领先水平，代表了国内砂光机的最高水平。 BSG2626 系列双砂架采用辊式砂架对顶布置，用于粗砂 BSG2726 系列四砂架砂光机采用两个组合砂架和两个细磨砂架，各组对顶布置，用于精砂和光整磨削。 本项目的成功开发填补了国内八呎薄板砂光机技术的空白，打破了宽幅砂光机长期依耐进口的被动局面，进一步提升了我公司砂光机品质和整体技术水平，进而引导国内砂光机市场的发展方向。本机性价比优良，价格为进口同类设备的50%，可降低用户的前期投资成本 又因与同类设备比较可节能10%左右，可降低用户的使用成本，在市场上具有很强的竞争能力。在规模化效益日益明显，具有宽幅面、高产量、低能耗等优点的连续平压生产线逐步占领市场的今天，本公司宽幅面砂光机成为国内用户与之配套的首选。本项目使国产人造板装备在国际上提升了竞争力，市场前景非常广阔。In the development of this project, the company integrated its years of R&D achievements, design and manufacturing experience in BSG series sanding machines, studied the latest technologies representing the current international leading level in sanding machine development, and improved the imperfections of original sanding machines for innovative development. Particularly, for the 8-foot wide-format sanding machine supporting the continuous press production line, many technical challenges need to be solved, such as the deformation of thin plates during sanding, the rigidity of the frame and feeding system, the surface hardness of the contact roller, and operational reliability, etc. After nearly two years of market validation, its indicators including sanding accuracy, sanding quality, energy consumption, and abrasive belt wear have reached the leading level of foreign similar equipment, representing the highest level of domestic sanding machines. The BSG2626 series double sanding frame adopts opposed roller-type sanding frame arrangement for rough sanding. The BSG2726 series four-sanding frame sanding machine adopts two combined sanding frames and two fine sanding frames, with each group arranged in an opposed manner, used for fine sanding and finishing grinding. The successful development of this project has filled the domestic technical gap in 8-foot thin plate sanding machines, broken the passive situation of long-term reliance on imports of wide-format sanding machines, further improved the quality and overall technical level of our company's sanding machines, and thus guided the development direction of the domestic sanding machine market. This machine has an excellent cost-performance ratio, with a price equivalent to 50% of that of imported similar equipment, which can reduce users' initial investment costs.
