2015 HPMS - Dynamically Segmented

The Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) compiles data on highway network extent, use, condition, and performance. The system consists of a geospatially‐enabled database that is used to generate reports and provides tools for data analysis. Information from HPMS is used by many stakeholders across the US DOT, the Administration, Congress, and the transportation community.公路性能监测系统（Highway Performance Monitoring System，HPMS）汇集了公路路网范围、使用情况、技术状况及运行性能相关数据。该系统依托具备地理空间处理能力的数据库构建，可生成各类报告并提供数据分析工具。其相关数据被美国交通部（US DOT）、美国联邦政府行政部门、美国国会以及交通领域众多利益相关方广泛使用。
