Structure output for rockhopper penguins (without location priors)

This file contains the structure input file (.str, .txt) and the plots (.html) generated for different values of <i>K</i> in Structure, using the filtered SNP dataset that contains All rockhopper penguin taxa together. This includes the northern rockhopper penguin (<i>E. moseleyi</i>), the western rockhopper penguin (<i>E. chrysocome</i>) and the eastern rockhopper penguin (<i>E. filholi</i>). Note these files were generated without location priors.
