有机太阳电池因柔性、轻便和印刷制备等优点受到关注。本课题主要研究内容为深入研究光生载流子传输动力学机制和电池性能衰减机制,提高电池效率和稳定性。因此开展了有机太阳能电池的光伏性能表征,通过制备有机太阳电池器件,并使用恒温恒湿试验箱对薄膜及器件进行老化处理,在模拟太阳光AM1.5G的照射下,测量基于上述关键材料电池的电流电压(J-V)曲线,获得上述材料光伏性能数据,数据量31.56 MB。

Organic solar cells have attracted extensive attention due to their advantages including flexibility, light weight, and printable fabrication. The core research content of this project is to deeply investigate the transport dynamics of photogenerated carriers and the performance degradation mechanism of organic solar cells, so as to improve their power conversion efficiency and stability. Accordingly, we conducted photovoltaic performance characterization of organic solar cells: we fabricated organic solar cell devices, subjected the thin films and devices to aging treatment using a constant temperature and humidity test chamber, measured the current-voltage (J-V) curves of the cells based on the aforementioned key materials under simulated AM1.5G sunlight irradiation, and obtained the photovoltaic performance data of these materials, with a total data volume of 31.56 MB.
