该数据集包括膨腹海马对DSS诱导的小鼠抑郁样行为的影响、小鼠海马CA1区的神经炎症指标、小鼠海马神经发生和神经营养功能指标。该研究通过DSS诱导建立溃疡性结肠炎-抑郁小鼠模型,通过行为学实验观察小鼠抑郁样行为。通过免疫荧光实验检测小鼠结肠炎症和海马区神经炎症、神经营养功能、神经发生相关蛋白表达。通过免疫荧光对铁死亡相关蛋白进行检测,利用透射电子显微镜对小鼠海马神经元细胞结构进行观察。研究结果表明,膨腹海马通过抑制神经炎症和神经细胞铁死亡,改善DSS诱导的小鼠抑郁症。该数据集可为膨腹海马抗抑郁产品的开发和利用提供数据支持。
This dataset includes the effects of Hippocampus abdominalis on DSS-induced depressive-like behaviors in mice, neuroinflammatory indicators in the hippocampal CA1 region of mice, and indicators of hippocampal neurogenesis and neurotrophic function in mice. This study established an ulcerative colitis-depression mouse model via DSS induction, and observed depressive-like behaviors of mice through behavioral experiments. Immunofluorescence assays were conducted to detect the protein expression levels associated with colonic inflammation, hippocampal neuroinflammation, neurotrophic function and neurogenesis in mice. Ferroptosis-related proteins were detected via immunofluorescence, and the cellular structure of mouse hippocampal neurons was observed using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The research results demonstrate that Hippocampus abdominalis ameliorates DSS-induced depression in mice by suppressing neuroinflammation and neuronal ferroptosis. This dataset can provide data support for the development and utilization of Hippocampus abdominalis-based antidepressant products.
