Impact of social transfers (excluding pensions) on poverty reduction by sex and NUTS 2 regions

Reduction in percentage of the risk of poverty rate, due to social transfers (calculated comparing at-risk-of poverty rates before social transfers with those after transfers; pensions are not considered as social transfers in these calculations). The indicator is based on the EU-SILC (statistics on income, social inclusion and living conditions).本指标为社会转移支付（social transfers）引致的贫困风险率百分比降幅，通过对比社会转移支付前后的贫困风险率计算得出；本次计算中养老金不被视为社会转移支付。该指标基于欧盟收入、社会融合与生活条件统计（EU-SILC，European Union Statistics on Income, Social Inclusion and Living Conditions）编制。
