Data and code (zip file)

This file contains the data and code used to produce the figures and results. The primary data file, all_data.csv, contains the fruit trait-related information (fruit color, fruit length, and plant habit, as well as taxonomic and geographic information). The primary analysis file, Analyses_final.R, can be run to produce all figures and tables. The remaining files and scripts are described in the README.txt file.本文件包含用于生成图表与研究结果的数据及代码。核心数据文件all_data.csv涵盖果实性状相关信息（果实颜色、果实长度、植株生长习性，同时包含分类学与地理分布信息）。核心分析脚本Analyses_final.R可通过运行生成全部图表与表格。其余文件与脚本的相关说明详见README.txt文件。
