Giant gastric lipossarcoma: case report and review of the literature

ABSTRACT Liposarcoma is one of the most common soft tissue sarcomas in adults, occurring in 15 to 20% of all patients with sarcoma. Primary liposarcoma of the stomach is rare. We report a case of patient with giant gastric liposarcoma who underwent surgery after a gastrointestinal bleeding. Preoperative hystopathological diagnosis was not established, even after three biopsy attempts. We discuss differential diagnosis, genetic causes, diagnosis strategies and treatment.摘要：脂肪肉瘤（Liposarcoma）是成人最常见的软组织肉瘤（soft tissue sarcoma）之一，约占所有肉瘤患者的15%~20%。胃部原发性脂肪肉瘤较为罕见。本文报告1例因消化道出血接受手术治疗的巨大胃部脂肪肉瘤患者，即便经3次活检尝试，仍未在术前明确组织病理学诊断。本文就其鉴别诊断、遗传病因、诊断策略及治疗方案进行探讨。
