Single-cell RNA-seq analysis of the retina under acute high intraocular pressure (PRJCA016140)

This project presents a single-cell transcriptome atlas of the retina after high intraocular pressure (IOP) injury. Moreover, we analyze dynamic changes in intercellular interaction of retinal cells. Our findings provide a basis for further revealing the molecular mechanism of glaucoma injury and developing new targets for intervention.
