Yeast populations and clones from Brazilian bioethanol fermentors

Whole-population yeast samples were taken from fermentors at two sugarcane biorefineries, over the course of 2018 and 2019. The dataset contains whole-genome sequencing data from these whole-population samples, as well as of clonal isolates from these same samples.
