Validation experiment for using random values

This file aims to validate if the assumption of using random values to replace the values of irrelevant elements is feasible. The sheet 'Results of Relative Errors' presents te results of relative errors caused by different sets of random values. The other sheets show how the RAS method work for an I-O case with 19 industries. We can simply generate a new set X1' of random values by double clicking any cell in Excel.

本数据集旨在验证“采用随机值替换无关元素”这一假设的可行性。其中“相对误差结果”工作表展示了不同随机值集所产生的相对误差结果；其余工作表则演示了RAS方法在包含19个产业的投入产出（Input-Output）案例中的应用流程。用户仅需双击Excel中的任意单元格，即可快速生成一组新的随机值X1'。
