该数据集是由中国科学院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心所建立的一个国家重点研发项目“Hippo相关蛋白质机器的组装、结构及靶向干预”的重要成果的原始数据集。该数据集包含Hippo信号通路下游表观遗传调控蛋白MLL1复合物和MLL3复合物及其相关表观调控因子DOT1L、SETD2与染色质核小体复合物的冷冻电镜结构,Hippo通路调控复合物MST-MOB的晶体结构。数据于2018-2022年在中科院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心采集。
This raw dataset is a key achievement of the National Key R&D Program "Assembly, Structure and Targeted Intervention of Hippo-associated Protein Machines", established by the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This dataset contains cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) structures of the MLL1 complex and MLL3 complex, which are epigenetic regulatory proteins downstream of the Hippo signaling pathway, their related epigenetic regulators DOT1L, SETD2 and chromatin nucleosome complexes, as well as crystal structures of the Hippo pathway regulatory complex MST-MOB. The data were collected at the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences between 2018 and 2022.
