Consensus linkage map for East Lansing, Compton, and Wageningen chicken populations. Gallus gallus

Three chicken populations (East Lansing, symbol E; Compton, symbol C; Wageningen, symbol W) have served as sources for genotyping data. The combined linkage framework map contained 480 loci that were ordered on 50 linkage groups. There are a total of 350 markers; of these 201 are either known genes or have significant sequence identity to known genes.
