This data bundle provides the minimal numerical inputs required to reproduce all tables, figures, and benchmark results in the paper:
Declercq, N. F. (2025). Deterministic Nuclear Structure, Fission, and Fusion from Curvature Dynamics in Trembling Spacetime Relativity.
All theory-dependent quantities are generated internally by the MATLAB scripts included in the article’s appendices.
These files serve only as external data anchors (binding energies, curvature maps, calibrated constants, and stability surfaces).
No external databases or proprietary datasets are required.
Contents
CSV files
• exp_bindings.csv — Experimental binding energies (AME2020-derived subset), used for validation.
• tsrt_bindingscan_clean.csv — TSRT-predicted binding energies across the nuclear chart.
• tsrt_benchmark_diag.csv — Benchmark lifetimes for β, α, and spontaneous fission channels (experimental and TSRT-predicted half-lives).
• tsrt_DeltaK2_map.csv — Curvature-suppression stability map (ΔK² grid in Z–N space).
MAT files
• tsrtconstants_calibrated.mat — Fully calibrated global TSRT constants (curvature, trembling, and lifetime parameters) used by the MATLAB routines.
• tsrt_stabilitymap_data.mat — Precomputed ΔK² stability surface used for the global stability maps; avoids long recomputation runs.
Documentation
• readme.txt — Complete instructions for placing these files alongside the MATLAB listings from the paper and running the TSRT reproducibility workflow.
Reproducibility workflow
All computational steps are detailed in the appendix “MATLAB Procedures and Reproducibility Workflow” of the associated paper.
The MATLAB source files themselves are embedded directly as listings in the PDF.
When the .m files from the article are placed on the MATLAB path together with this data bundle:
• runall.m regenerates the main figures and tables.
• run_benchmark_full.m reconstructs the core benchmark calculations (binding energies, lifetimes, fission/fusion energetics).
No additional data downloads (AME tables, ENSDF, NuDat, etc.) are required to reproduce the published results.
Intended use
This dataset is intended for:
• Verification of results by reviewers and readers
• Independent reproduction of TSRT-based lifetime, fission, fusion, and binding benchmarks
• Follow-on studies extending TSRT to new nuclides or modified geometries
• Teaching examples of fully reproducible nuclear-structure and reaction modeling
Users can verify every result ab initio, starting only from this data bundle and the MATLAB listings in the paper.
