Soil benchmarks 2011

According to § 196 BauGB, the land benchmarks are determined on the basis of the purchase price collections. From this purchase price collection, reference zones are formed, each covering areas that largely coincide with the type and degree of use.

根据《德国建筑法典》（Baugesetzbuch, BauGB）第196条规定，土地基准地价需基于购置价格汇总数据集予以确定。依托该数据集可划定参考区域，每个参考区域覆盖的地块在使用类型与使用强度上大体一致。
