This dataset contains the original data for the article "Demonstration of Low Work Function Perovskite SrVO3 Using Thermionic Electron Emission", including the XRD data and SEM images for as-sintered and over-reduced samples, XPS survey and core level scans before and after sputter-etching on as-sintered pellets, XPS and UPS work function measurement data, thermionic emission testing data, as well as DFT surface energy calculation data.<br>
