器件级耦合分析模块仿真

该数据集主要是收集器件级耦合分析模块仿真数据，通过加速度计模型进行多方面仿真计算。主要包括初期开发阶段进行个仿真计算模型，获得重大突破的仿真计算模型，以及在项目终期达到考核指标的计算模型，相应的仿真模型文本描述。模型获取主要是来源于江苏英特神斯科技有限公司在项目研发过程中收集的众多实验资料，通过Intellisuite仿真软件进行仿真处理获得，对增加Intellisuite仿真软件数据库数据，提高Intellisuite仿真软件计算能力的精确度、准确度、时效性有验证作用。总体数据集约350M，主要支撑项目课题3的研究数据收集整理工作。This dataset primarily collects simulation data from device-level coupling analysis modules, and conducts multi-faceted simulation calculations via an accelerometer model. It includes three categories of simulation models and their corresponding textual descriptions: models developed during the initial development phase, models that achieved major research breakthroughs, and models that met project assessment indicators in the final stage of the program. These models are derived from a large volume of experimental materials collected by Jiangsu IntelliSims Technology Co., Ltd. during the project R&D process, and were generated through simulation processing using the Intellisuite simulation software. This dataset can verify the effect of enriching the database of Intellisuite simulation software and improving the accuracy, precision and timeliness of its computing capabilities. The total size of the dataset is approximately 350 MB, and it mainly supports the data collection and organization work for Research Project 3.
