CLASSROOM INTEGRATION OF AI TOOLS TO IMPROVE BEGINNER STUDENTS' ORAL COMMUNICATION

This study explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in classroom settings to enhance beginner students’ oral communication skills. It examines how AI-powered applications such as chatbots, speech recognition systems, and adaptive learning platforms contribute to improving speaking fluency, pronunciation accuracy, learner motivation, and confidence. The research is based on a review of recent scholarly literature and highlights the pedagogical benefits of AI, including immediate feedback, personalized learning experiences, and increased interaction opportunities. The findings suggest that AI tools can effectively support communicative competence when combined with teacher guidance and traditional instructional methods. However, challenges such as technological accessibility, teacher preparedness, and ethical considerations must be addressed for successful implementation. Overall, AI integration represents a promising approach to improving oral communication outcomes in beginner-level language classrooms.
