The YXYS extract was analyzed to identify its composition using a UPLC system coupled with a QTOF mass spectrometer. Both positive and negative ionization modes were employed for the analysis. The voltage settings were optimized, with a capillary voltage of +3.0 kV for positive mode and −2.5 kV for negative mode, alongside a sample cone voltage of 40 V and a source offset voltage range of 20–80 V.
