通过将已通过评审的教育类软件进行拆解分析，细化软件价格构成，得到软件每个单项功能点的估算价格。教育类软件的采购方可通过此数据对拟采购软件价格进行初步估算，得到合理的报价区间，同时有条件的教育类软件采购方也可将此数据用于自身价格评估模型的训练，辅助采购工作展开，发挥自身资金的更大效能。将教育类软件功能拆分成不同功能点计数项，依照功能类别对功能点进行计数： 内部逻辑文件 10.00 外部接口文件 7.00 外部输入 4.00 外部输出 5.00 外部查询 4.00 功能点计数项价格=功能点数*重用度系数*功能点单价*修正系数 其中重用度系数由“重用度”项决定，重用度为“高”时，取“1/3”,重用度为“中”时，取“2/3”，重用度为“低”时，取”1“。 随后由专家对功能点计数项价格合理性进行打分，5个专家对打分数据取平均值，大于3.5以上可做模型训练数据。 数据已脱敏处理。
By disassembling and analyzing peer-reviewed educational software and decomposing its price composition, this dataset obtains the estimated price for each individual function point of the software. Purchasers of educational software can use this data to conduct a preliminary estimation of the price of the software to be procured and obtain a reasonable quotation range. Additionally, qualified educational software procurement parties can utilize this data to train their own price evaluation models to support procurement work and maximize the utilization efficiency of their funds. The functions of educational software are split into different function point counting items, which are counted according to their functional categories: Internal Logical Files (ILF): 10.00 External Interface Files (EIF): 7.00 External Inputs: 4.00 External Outputs: 5.00 External Inquiries: 4.00 The price of a function point counting item = Number of function points × Reusability Coefficient × Unit Price of Function Point × Correction Coefficient The reusability coefficient is determined by the "Reusability" attribute: when the reusability is rated as "High", the coefficient is set to 1/3; when rated as "Medium", set to 2/3; when rated as "Low", set to 1. Subsequently, experts will score the rationality of the calculated price of each function point counting item. The average score of the ratings from 5 experts will be taken, and data with an average score greater than 3.5 is eligible to be used as model training data. All data in this dataset has been desensitized.
