Dataset published by Luecken et al. 2021 which contains data from human bone marrow measured through joint profiling of single-nucleus RNA and chromatin accessibility using the 10X Genomics Single Cell Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression Kit. All files stored in this entry are from sample 4 donor 8 and contain updated/additional objects depending on the preprocessing step applied. The respective raw files can be downloaded here: File description s4d8_quality_control.h5ad: Quality controlled cells by features matrix (filtering low-quality cells, ambient RNA correction, doublet detection). s4d8_normalization.h5ad: Normalized cells by features matrix (shifted logarithm, scran and pearson residuals normalization). s4d8_feature_selection.h5ad: Normalized cells by features matrix with additional entries for highly deviant and highly variable features. s4d8_dim_red.h5ad: Normalized cells by features matrix with lower dimensional PCA embedding, UMAP embedding and t-SNE embedding.
