高含固有机固废厌氧消化搅拌模式优化及能量核算

间歇搅拌15 min·h-1相较于不搅拌、间歇搅拌2 min·h-1和连续搅拌而言,反应器产甲烷性能更好,该条件下累计产气量和累计产甲烷量分别为664.40 mL·g-1VS和366.43 mL·g-1VS,动力学拟合结果显示逻辑函数对于累计产气量拟合效果最好,修正的Gompertz函数对于累计产甲烷量拟合效果最好。在间歇搅拌15 min·h-1条件下半连续式高含固有机固废厌氧消化反应器能够稳定运行,未发生酸抑制和氨抑制现象。
Intermittent stirring at 15 min·h⁻¹ conferred better methanogenic performance of the anaerobic digestion reactor compared to no stirring, intermittent stirring at 2 min·h⁻¹ and continuous stirring. Under this condition, the cumulative biogas yield and cumulative methane yield were 664.40 mL·g⁻¹VS and 366.43 mL·g⁻¹VS, respectively. Kinetic fitting results showed that the logistic function achieved the best fitting performance for cumulative biogas yield, while the modified Gompertz function performed optimally for cumulative methane yield. The semi-continuous high-solid organic solid waste anaerobic digestion reactor could operate stably under the condition of intermittent stirring at 15 min·h⁻¹, with no acid inhibition or ammonia inhibition detected.
