This dataset provides whole genome sequencing data of normal/tumors pairs from 4 patients with uterine or ovarian carcinosarcoma using the HiSeq 2000 sequencing system. It includes 10 samples (4 normals, 4 uterine tumors and 2 ovarian tumors). Through separate whole genome sequencing of carcinomatous and sarcomatoid components, we analyse and compare the genomic alterations of these components.EGA dataset EGAD00001003898
