叠层超表面单元仿真与设计数据集中主要包括FP腔优化设计数据、纳米结构设计数据和叠层超表面联合优化数据,包括设计文件与设计结果数据。来源于MATLAB软件计算得到“FP腔优化设计数据”,CST Studio Suite电磁仿真软件仿真优化得到“纳米结构设计数据”和“叠层超表面联合优化数据”。具体包括FP腔中Ag反射层厚度、8个FP腔腔长、与8个FP腔对应的8种纳米砖尺寸、纳米结构与FP腔之间的介质层厚度。数据量为6.75MB。
Dataset for Simulation and Design of Stacked Metasurface Units mainly includes FP cavity optimization design data, nanostructure design data, and joint optimization data for stacked metasurfaces, covering both design files and design result data. Among them, the FP cavity optimization design data is calculated using MATLAB software, while the nanostructure design data and joint optimization data for stacked metasurfaces are obtained through simulation and optimization via CST Studio Suite electromagnetic simulation software. Specifically, the dataset contains the thickness of the Ag reflective layer within the FP cavity, the lengths of eight FP cavities, the dimensions of eight types of nanobricks corresponding to the eight FP cavities, and the thickness of the dielectric layer between the nanostructure and the FP cavity. The total data volume is 6.75 MB.
