Novel method for reactivating proliferation and differentiation in senescent stem-progenitor cells to increase regenerative potential

Aging impairs the function of adult progenitor cells, limiting potential for autologous graft in bone-tissue engineering for the elderly. Using single-cell sequencing we confirmed existence of progenitor cells in adipose tissue and identified five novel genes within this subpopulation.
