Microglia influence neurofilament deposition in ALS iPSC-derived motor neurons

Utilizing bulk RNA sequencing, we analyzed differences in the the transcriptomes of motor neurons originating from ALS-discordant, twin patient induced pleuripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Our goal with this study is to determine differentially-affected genes that may play a role in the development of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis in the affected twin.
