<b>Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI):</b> <b>all_FA_diff_skeletonised_46.nii.gz:</b> A white matter skeleton produced via TBSS, with values representing the difference in FA values between Y1 and Y0 (diff=Y0-Y1). Order is indicated in ‘Melzer_FU1year_PLOS.csv’ in the TBSS_order.diff.and.avg column. <b>all_FA_mean_skeletonised_46.nii.gz:</b> As above, but values within the skeleton are the average FA values across Y0 and Y1. Order is indicated by TBSS_order.diff.and.avg column. <b>all_MD_diff_skeletonised_46.nii.gz:</b> As above, but values within the skeleton are MD differences between Y1 and Y0 (diff=Y0-Y1). Order is indicated by TBSS_order.diff.and.avg column. <b>all_MD_mean_skeletonised_46.nii.gz:</b> As above, but values within the skeleton are the average MD values across Y0 and Y1. Order is indicated by TBSS_order.diff.and.avg column. <b>demeaned_all_FA_base_skeletonised_46.nii.gz:</b> As above, but values within the skeleton are mean-centered FA values at Y0 (the mean at each voxel is 0). Order is indicated by TBSS_order.diff.and.avg column. <b>demeaned_all_MD_base_skeletonised_46.nii.gz:</b> As above, but values within the skeleton are mean-centered MD values at Y0 (the mean at each voxel across the sample is 0). Order is indicated by TBSS_order.diff.and.avg column.<b>mean_FA_skeleton_mask_erode.nii.gz</b>: White matter skeleton mask.
