Monitoring of full scale composting experiment

The initial amount of biowastes was separated in two windrows of 20 t each. The materials batch was mixed with the compostable plastics (1.28 wt%), the control batch was used as is. Both batches were monitored by measuring temperature and humidity. The temperature of the two batches was recorded at 8 points distributed in the composting pile at 0.5 m and 1.5 m depth using large scale thermocouples (Hanna instruments, France). The moisture content was analysed by drying a representative sample in an oven at 103 ± 1°C until constant weight.
初始生物质废弃物总量被分为两堆堆肥条垛,每堆20吨。实验组批次物料与可堆肥塑料(compostable plastics,质量分数1.28%)混合,对照组批次物料则保持原样直接使用。对两批次物料均通过监测温度与湿度开展全程跟踪。采用法国哈纳仪器(Hanna instruments)生产的大型热电偶(thermocouples),在两批次堆肥堆的0.5 m与1.5 m深度处布置8个测温点,记录温度数据。通过将代表性样品置于103 ± 1℃的烘箱中烘干至恒重,完成物料含水率的分析测定。
