该数据由四川大学完成,采集时间为2020年12月至2022年11月,研究了中间连接层对全钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池的性能影响机理、不同结构的钙钛矿-碲化镉四端叠层太阳能电池的器件性能、限域退火对全钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池性能的提升机理等,形成了包括“SEM”、“UV-Vis透过谱”、“Tauc曲线”、“XRD”、“PL”、“TRPL”、“J-V”、“QE”、“MPPT”在内的数据集,其中包括业内权威机构日本JET出具的全钙钛矿两端叠层太阳电池效率测试报告,认证效率达26.4%。数据量16.2MB。
This dataset was developed by Sichuan University, with data collected between December 2020 and November 2022. It investigates the performance influence mechanism of interconnection layers on all-perovskite tandem solar cells, the device performance of perovskite-CdTe four-terminal tandem solar cells with various architectures, and the performance enhancement mechanism of confined annealing for all-perovskite tandem solar cells, alongside other related research contents. The dataset contains characterization data such as "SEM", "UV-Vis transmission spectrum", "Tauc plot", "XRD", "PL", "TRPL", "J-V", "QE", and "MPPT". It also includes the efficiency test report of all-perovskite two-terminal tandem solar cells issued by Japan JET, an authoritative industry institution, with a certified efficiency of 26.4%. The total size of the dataset is 16.2 MB.
