X.mat = x coordinates of individual fish. Each row is an individual trial, columns represent individual frames. Measured in pixels. <br>Y.mat = y coordinates of individual fish. Each row is an individual trial, columns represent individual frames. Measured in pixels.<br>Trials were filmed at 15 frames per second. There are 0.9267 pixels per mm across trials. <br><br>Trials 50, 52, 66, 69 and 63 were filtered out due to not meeting criterion as described in the paper. <br>Stimpos.mat = Position of the stimulus. (frame,[x,y],trial). <br>Stimframes.mat = Time (in frames) the stimulus enters the arena.
X.mat = 个体实验鱼的x坐标数据集。每一行对应一次独立实验试次,每一列代表一帧图像,单位为像素。 Y.mat = 个体实验鱼的y坐标数据集。每一行对应一次独立实验试次,每一列代表一帧图像,单位为像素。 本系列实验以15帧每秒的帧率录制,所有试次的像素换算比例均为0.9267像素/毫米。 因不符合论文中描述的筛选标准,第50、52、66、69及63号实验试次已被剔除。 Stimpos.mat = 刺激物的空间位置数据集,其存储格式为(试次编号、帧序号、[x坐标, y坐标])。 Stimframes.mat = 记录刺激物进入实验水域的时刻,以帧数作为计量单位。
