SoE2020: Housing diversity in Queensland

Detached dwellings dominate Queensland’s housing stock, however building approvals for high-rise (attached 4+ storeys) dwellings accounted for 19% of all approvals from 1 July 2016 to 31 December 2019, compared to 5% of dwelling stock in 2016.独立式住宅（detached dwellings）在昆士兰州的住房存量中占据主导地位。但在2016年7月1日至2019年12月31日期间，高层（附属式4层及以上）住宅的建筑许可占所有建筑许可的19%，而2016年该类住宅在住房存量中的占比仅为5%。
