数据来源于全国多中心慢性肾脏病队列随访信息，包括患者的人口学（年龄、性别、身高、体重，收缩压、舒张压）、检验检查（肾功能egfr\尿白蛋白肌酐比值、白蛋白、肝功能、血脂、血红蛋白、血电解质）、既往病史（高血压、糖尿病、心血管疾病）。The data are derived from follow-up information of a nationwide multicenter chronic kidney disease (CKD) cohort, including patient demographic data (age, gender, height, body weight, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure), laboratory and examination results (renal function indicators including estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio, albumin, liver function, blood lipids, hemoglobin, and serum electrolytes), as well as past medical history (hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases).
