本数据集包含了我国东北长白山温带森林（中国科学院长白山森林生态系统定位研究站）的七种森林类型共21个土壤样品的土壤真菌群落结构测定与分析结果数据（xlsx格式，以及土壤微生物ITS rRNA的T-RFLP测序原始数据集（fsa格式）。每种森林类型分别设置了3个重复样地: 重复1，重复2，重复3; 每个基础样方单位面积50×50 m2。
