Densitometric quantification of protein expression from Western Blot using ImageJ analysis.Cell lines used: NMR Lung Fibroblast (NLF), NMR Skin Fibroblast (NSF), Mouse Skin Fibroblast (MSF) and NIH3T3 cells.采用ImageJ分析软件对蛋白质免疫印迹（Western Blot）实验结果进行光密度法定量分析蛋白表达水平。所用细胞系包括：NMR肺成纤维细胞（NMR Lung Fibroblast, NLF）、NMR皮肤成纤维细胞（NMR Skin Fibroblast, NSF）、小鼠皮肤成纤维细胞（Mouse Skin Fibroblast, MSF）以及NIH3T3细胞。
