Supplemental materials for "Fostering Collaboration by Leading Communities of Practice"

Each interview protocol contains the questions that were used in semi-structured interviews with participants. The survey questions were created and disseminated in Qualtrics. The study was determined to be exempt from ongoing IRB review (HUM00141251).每份访谈提纲均收录了用于对研究参与者开展半结构化访谈的全部问题。本次研究所用的调研问卷均通过Qualtrics平台创建并发布。本研究已被认定可免于持续的机构审查委员会（Institutional Review Board, IRB）审查，审批编号为HUM00141251。
