支架展开后腔道器官形态的建模仿真数据集用于支架展开后腔道器官形态的建模仿真。该数据集主要涵盖了5例肝癌合并门静脉癌栓患者术前CT数据、术后CT数据、术前肿瘤模型、术前腔道模型、术后肿瘤模型、术后腔道模型。数据集来源于东南大学附属中大医院的实际病例CT数据,其患者选择标准为 18 岁以上成年人,诊断为需要接受放射性粒子腔道支架植入治疗的肿瘤患者,同时排除严重器官功能障碍无法耐受手术的患者。CT扫描及重建的参数设置均由资深影像科主任医师完成,之后的数据标注由三位具有5年以上经验的放射科医生完成。每例患者均包括术前CT数据和术后CT数据,术前肿瘤模型,术前腔道模型,术后肿瘤模型,术后腔道模型。术前肿瘤模型和术前腔道模型由东南大学附属中大医院放疗肿瘤医师和资深影像物理师使用Mimics构建,格式为.stl;术后肿瘤模型和术后腔道模型由东南大学附属中大医院放疗肿瘤医师和资深影像物理师使用ITK-SNAP勾画,格式为.nii.gz。数据量为445MB。
A modeling and simulation dataset for the morphology of luminal organs following stent deployment. This dataset includes preoperative and postoperative CT data, as well as preoperative tumor models, preoperative luminal organ models, postoperative tumor models and postoperative luminal organ models from 5 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma complicated by portal vein tumor thrombus. All data are sourced from actual clinical cases at Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University. The patient inclusion criteria for this dataset are adults aged 18 years or older who are diagnosed with tumors requiring radioactive seed luminal stent implantation therapy, while patients with severe organ dysfunction that prevents them from tolerating surgery are excluded. The parameter settings for CT scanning and reconstruction were finalized by senior chief radiologists, and subsequent data annotation was completed by three radiologists with more than 5 years of professional experience. Each patient’s dataset contains all the aforementioned data types. Preoperative tumor and luminal organ models were constructed using Mimics by radiation oncologists and senior medical imaging physicists from Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University, with the file format being .stl. Postoperative tumor and luminal organ models were segmented using ITK-SNAP by the same group of medical professionals, with the file format being .nii.gz. The total size of this dataset is 445 MB.
