Fit WOS papers with WSB model, calculate their B, and then fit second-act papers,the data set is available upon request.Several sample data sets of papers in 1910,1920,1930,1940,and 1950 are provided.
采用WSB模型对WOS论文进行拟合并计算其B值，随后对second-act论文开展拟合工作。本数据集可申请获取，同时提供了1910、1920、1930、1940及1950年的论文样本数据集。
