采用“分层采集+联动加工”规则体系：数据采集，按“明细-汇总-问题”三层结构定向采集，成本单耗明细记录覆盖具体成本项目、月度核心指标记录汇总运输量与效率，形成完整数据链条；数据加工，运用多维度联动，如“运输量-产量匹配度”计算、“项目占总单耗比例”统计，同时实施成本单耗标准化处理、效率指标区间校验，确保成本与效率数据的关联性和准确性。Adopts the rule system of "hierarchical collection + linked processing". For data collection, targeted collection is conducted based on the three-tier structure of "detail-summary-problem": detailed records of unit cost consumption cover specific cost items, while monthly core indicator records summarize transportation volume and efficiency, thus forming a complete data chain. For data processing, multi-dimensional linkage is applied, including calculating the "transportation volume-production matching degree" and counting the "proportion of a project in total unit cost consumption". Meanwhile, standardization processing of unit cost consumption and interval verification of efficiency indicators are implemented to ensure the correlation and accuracy of cost and efficiency data.
