This dataset contains raster layers used for the spatial prioritization analysis of coral reef habitats in Cayo Arenas. The files include thematic and derived layers that support the multi-criteria evaluation presented in the associated manuscript.Thematic map: The field <i>Original_V</i> indicates the habitat classes.Beta-diversity map: The field <i>Gridcode</i> represents the habitat classes used in the analysis.Seascape metrics:Patch compactnessConnectivity between patchesHabitat availabilitySpatial change (DeltaCue analysis)Optimal priority map: result of the iterative Weighted Overlay Analysis (WOA). The field <i>Value</i> indicates the final conservation priority score (1–5), where higher values correspond to higher conservation priority.These datasets are provided to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the prioritization framework. They can also be adapted for further spatial analyses in reef conservation planning.
