Muscle RNA seq of aged and young control and kpc bearing mice

T4 KPC were injected in the pancreas of old and young mice. Muscles were collected from control and cachectic mice at end point.将T4 KPC注射至老年与年轻小鼠的胰腺内；在实验终点，采集对照组与恶病质小鼠的肌肉组织。
