The goal of this study is to determine the population SNPs, indels, and structural variants present within two separate colonies of the MutaMouse transgenic rodent mutation model. The information can be used to better understand the biology of the important MutaMouse model and to eliminate population variants when using the model for genetic toxicology studies (e.g., screening for de novo mutations).本研究旨在鉴定MutaMouse转基因啮齿类突变模型（MutaMouse transgenic rodent mutation model）两个独立种群中存在的群体单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）、插入缺失变异（Insertions and Deletions，Indel）及结构变异。相关信息可用于深化对这一重要模型生物学特性的理解，并在利用该模型开展遗传毒理学研究（例如新发突变筛选）时，剔除群体固有变异的影响。
