Human Microbiome in Adults and Children with Chronic Rhinosinusitis

This is a comparative study between the microbiomes of adult and pediatric Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) patients. We expect this study to be the first step in understanding the pathogenesis of CRS in adults and children using microbiome analysis.本研究聚焦成人与儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎（Chronic rhinosinusitis, CRS）患者的微生物组，开展对比分析。我们期望本研究能够成为首个通过微生物组分析，解析成人与儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎发病机制的基础性探索工作。
