Statistical analysis of ascites incidence.

Data from Table 1, comparing groups of mice receiving various treatment regimens, were analyzed statistically. A Fisher's exact test was performed for the equivalence of ascites based solely on the presence or absence of ascites in the various treatment groups. P values are depicted (P>0.05 considered not significant).本研究对表1中接受不同给药方案处理的小鼠分组数据进行了统计学分析。针对各给药组小鼠腹水的有无情况，采用费舍尔精确检验（Fisher's exact test）分析腹水发生率的组间等效性。文中给出了相应的P值（P>0.05判定为无统计学显著性差异）。
