Based on the high-precision chronological sequence of the Xinjie drill core in the Luotuodun area, Yixing, China, a quantitative precipitation sequence spanning the past 12,600 years was reconstructed, which provides a fundamental basis for cross-validation of multi-proxy reconstructed sequences across different regions of China.
