Metagenomic of soil from Ficus tikoua Bur. and Eupatorium adenophorum

To investigate the interaction modes between the invasive plant, Eupatorium adenophorum, and the local plant,Ficus tikoua Bur , we conducted metagenomic sequencing on rhizosphere samples.为探究入侵植物紫茎泽兰（Eupatorium adenophorum）与本土植物地果（Ficus tikoua Bur）之间的互作模式，本研究对根际样本（rhizosphere samples）开展了宏基因组测序（metagenomic sequencing）。
