A randomised controlled study designed to determine the prevalence of bacterial contamination of infusion sets when total intravenous anaesthesia (TIVA) was provided with infusion sets used for single versus multiple procedures. The secondary aim was to quantify the use of infusion set components, the time spent on their assembling, the amount of discarded medications, and the resulting overall emission of CO<sub>2</sub> equivalents (CO<sub>2</sub>-eq) for a practice of single use versus reuse of infusion sets.

本研究为一项随机对照试验,旨在探究采用输注套件实施全静脉麻醉(Total Intravenous Anaesthesia, TIVA)时,单次使用与多次使用输注套件的细菌污染发生率。本研究的次要目的为量化对比单次使用与重复使用输注套件的相关指标:包括输注套件组件的使用量、套件组装耗时、废弃药液总量,以及由此产生的整体二氧化碳当量(CO₂-eq)排放量。
