Simulation input for LAVESI-MOUNTAIN TREELINES 1.0 and output for simulations at three circumboreal mountain treelines

These files provided in the input.zip are necessary to setup and force simulations with the individual-based ans spatially explicit boreal forest model LAVESI (Stefan Kruse, Haupt, S., Schildt, K., Trimborn, L., Farkas, L., & Gloy, J. (2025). StefanKruse/LAVESI: LAVESI-MOUNTAIN TREELINES 1.0 (v4.0). Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17103768). They contain data to simulate forest dynamics at three mountain treelines (numbered 5004 for a Canadian mountain slope, 5005 for a Siberian/Russian mountain slope, and, 5009 for an Alaskan/US mountain slope). Within each folder of input and output a readme file explains the content and file hierarchy.
